Automatic Eye Drop Filling and Capping Machine Model: LI-EFC 40, The machine consists of one Side turntables, S.S. slat conveyor belt, eccentric pre-gassing, filling & post–gassing S.S. -316 nozzles precision-built S.S. – 316 Syringes, silicon rubber tubings, pneumatic system for inner cap placement, mechanical orientation type bowl & chute for outer cap placement, easy – reach compact panel etc. Due to its minimum distance between filling and stoppering, the risk of contamination is reduced. A turntable is an efficient horizontal machinery with a rotational mechanism to transfer the objects conveyors connected in an angular pattern. A turntable is also known as “Scambler”. An “Un-Scambler” is fixed on a stainless- steel framework of square shape with a solid rail. PROCESS OPERATION - ONLINE VIAL & BOTTLE INSPECTION MACHINE

The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.
